Founder | Co-CEO
Michael Gill is a real estate developer who has worked in Tulum and the Riviera Maya for eight years. He is the founder of L'TOPIA and the CEO of Tulum Land & Property, the brokerage that has handled much of the region's international buyer activity over that time.
Before real estate, Michael built businesses in tourism, digital marketing, and technology. That earlier work shaped how L'TOPIA approaches international buyers today.
At L'TOPIA, Michael leads strategy, origination, and local partnerships.

Frederic Maximilian Meyer-Scharenberg is a Swiss capital strategist with a background in finance and luxury real estate development. He holds a Master of Science in Innovation & Management from the Technical University of Munich, specializing in Finance and Mechanical Engineering.
He co-established an innovation hub at Paradeplatz Zurich that has hosted more than fifty international delegations. He is a Founding Partner of Swiss Private Placement AG, a firm focused on real estate and land banking for Swiss-based investors, and advises growth companies through Swiss Venture Growth.
At L'TOPIA, Frederic leads capital strategy, investor relations, and international partnerships.
Co-Founder | Strategy, Operations & Scaling
Anand Kundra is an operator and strategist with two decades of leadership experience across consulting, industrial operations, infrastructure, and construction. He held senior roles at Accenture, Deloitte, and ABB before founding Xcelerate Consulting and Xcelerate Construction.
His work centers on the systems behind growth: financial discipline, execution structure, and operational scalability. He has spent his career translating strategy into how a business actually runs.
At L'TOPIA, Anand leads operations, scaling strategy, and financial performance.
Director of Construction
Sam Gordon is L'TOPIA's Director of Construction. He spent fifteen years in RAF telecoms before founding KAN Industries in Quintana Roo in 2018. KAN Industries built KAN Tulum, a 42-unit biophilic development that pre-sold the majority of its inventory before Phase 1 completion. He also operates XB Equities, a real estate investment firm focused on responsible development.
His construction practice starts with what is already there. He does not clear-cut. Root systems, canopy coverage, and the way heat moves through the jungle are treated as part of the structure, not a backdrop to it. On site, this means reinforced foundations engineered for Riviera Maya soil, eco-conscious energy and water systems, premium soundproofing, and labour sourced and paid through ethical channels.
He designs buildings to last fifty years. At L'TOPIA, Sam leads construction across the Genesis Collection.

Director of Hospitality
Gabriel Holt is L'TOPIA's Director of Hospitality. He is Managing Director of Development at Scorpios Hospitality, where he has overseen openings across Bodrum, Athens, Tulum, and Dubai.
Before Scorpios, he directed openings for Habitas across North America, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East, and led growth at Selina in Latin America during one of the fastest expansion phases the hospitality sector has seen. He now also advises owners and developers worldwide through Holt Hospitality Consulting.
At L'TOPIA, Gabriel shapes how the Genesis Collection lives day to day. Resident services, wellness programming, the rhythm of a place. The work that turns a villa into a home.

Jaime Kelly is an American luxury real estate advisor with eighteen years of experience representing buyers, private investors, and institutional partners across the United States, Mexico, and Europe.
Her background spans high-end residential sales, new construction, and international investment. She works with clients who value discretion, direct access, and clarity through every stage of acquisition.

Faby Zamora, luxury advisor for L'TOPIA in the Riviera Maya
Faby Zamora is a licensed luxury advisor working with international buyers across the Riviera Maya. Her career has spanned Mexico's principal markets, including Los Cabos, before bringing her practice to the Mexican Caribbean.
She works closely with clients who treat real estate as a legacy asset rather than a transaction, advising from initial consultation through to acquisition with discretion and care.
