Villa Ananda is anchored by a bold cantilevered form that appears suspended above the landscape. Developed in collaboration with Ulises Del Llano of ULI Architects, it stands as an ambitious architectural statement of what is possible when precision construction and innovative design unite.

Horizontal expression, calibrated overhangs and controlled openings further shape the villa’s relationship to light, shade and the surrounding landscape. Orientation and massing are carefully resolved, allowing the architecture to settle naturally into its environment.

The material identity of Villa Ananda is defined by coherence and restraint. Glass, wood and clean geometry form a unified composition that enhances light, proportion and sensory calm. Wood plays a central role throughout, appearing in flooring, joinery and bespoke details. 

Stone and cement textures provide counterbalance, grounding the villa’s refined lines in material honesty. High-end, European appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms align performance with architectural intent, while reverse osmosis water filtration supports both personal well-being and the long-term integrity of systems.

Influences from mid-century modern architecture and the functional discipline of Swiss and Scandinavian design are present but restrained. Concrete is used sparingly and purposefully, as structure rather than statement, lending weight and permanence without visual heaviness.
